How do I use my Thing?

All of our Things have handy How-to-Use Guides with tips and instructions on how to get the best use out of them!

How to find your How-to-Use Guide

You can find the How-to-Use Guides three different ways:

1. In your reservation confirmation email

Simply go to the reservation confirmation email we sent and you'll see a link that says "Read our How-to Guide".

Click there, and you'll be redirected to our How-to-Use Guide!

2. By scanning the QR code on the Thing's label

Using your phone camera, scan the QR code on the label attached to your Thing.

The How-to-Use Guide webpage will automatically load in your phone's browser.

Simple!

3. On our website

On the Thing's page on our website, under the heading "Good to know", you'll see a link to the How-to-Use Guide.
