How do I start borrowing?

You can start borrowing by clicking "Sign up" on our website, or going directly to the page of the Thing you want to borrow and clicking "Check Availability". 

Know what you want to borrow? Sign up while making a reservation

If you've had a browse of our Thing catalogue and set your sights on the Thing you'd like to borrow, simply head to the Thing's page and press the "Make a reservation" button.

You'll see a calendar showing the current availability of the Thing:

Click to choose your collection date first, and then choose your collection time. Click 'Confirm date & time'.

Then choose your return time. You can choose to return on a later date with the calendar. 

Once you've selected your collection and return times, click "Add to cart".

Please note that any greyed-out dates or times on the calendar mean the Thing is already reserved during that time.

Sign-up details will be tacked on to the process after you've chosen your dates, added your Thing(s) to the basket and clicked "Complete Reservation". 

Haven't decided what to borrow yet? Sign up so you're ready for later

On our website, click the "Sign up" button in the right-hand corner.

From there, simply enter your first name and last name, your postcode and choose a password.

You're all set to start borrowing! Browse our Things catalogue online to see what strikes your fancy.
